MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB<\/p>\n
\tThe Dispensing Doctor Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company\u2019s pharmaceutical products to dispensing doctors, as well as independent and corporate pharmacies within their region. This role plays a crucial part in expanding the company\u2019s market share by building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and driving revenue growth. Success in this position requires a combination of sales expertise, in-depth industry knowledge, and exceptional relationship management skills.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tA bachelor\u2019s degree in business management, marketing, pharmacy, or any related field
\n\tProven success in pharmaceutical sales; experience selling to dispensing doctors and pharmacies is an advantage but not required, as training will be provided for candidates without prior experience
\n\tStrong understanding of pharmaceutical products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
\n\tExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct engaging presentations<\/p>\n

\n\tWork environments include dispensing doctors, independent pharmacies and corporate pharmacies
\n\tPhysical demands include standing, walking, and distributing marketing material
\n\tStrict adherence to safety regulations and ethical business practices
\n\tThe role requires 95% in-field engagement, with 5% office-based time for meetings<\/p>\n
TRAVEL<\/p>\n
\tA valid driver\u2019s license and the ability to travel extensively within the designated territory
\n\tMust have access to a personal vehicle for business travel
\n\tTravel involves long-distance driving and occasional overnight stays<\/p>\n
