\tGrade 12. Valid code 10 (C1) drivers\u2019 License. NQF Level 05 Certificate in Civil Engineering\/Built Environment Field. Computer Literate (MS Office).
\n\tMinimum of three (03) years\u2019 experience as a Roads Construction Supervisor\/Foreman. Certificate of competency in Health & Safety\/Basic first aider will be an added advantage.<\/p>\n
Requirements\/Duties:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that the daily site work is done to the satisfaction of the supervisor.
\n\tAchieve the objectives of the division.
\n\tMaintenance of roads and stormwater infrastructure.
\n\tMonitor, supervise and provide leadership on the maintenance teams.
\n\tUtilise, application and track maintenance of machinery, equipment, tools and material.
\n\tPerform administrative related activities i.e: planning and reporting.
\n\tTransport workers, tools and materials.
\n\tDevelop a work schedule for workers.
\n\tSolving disputes between workers.
\n\tAssigning and monitoring tasks of the team leaders<\/p>\n
