Quality:<\/p>\n
\tIdentifies production and quality problems.
\n\tEvaluates and realizes measures to improve production and quality with his superior according to specifications and considering volume and cost implications
\n\tMember of quality projects and quality related task teams as required from all internal departments and levels (including superior)
\n\tStand-in for the Artisan when required.
\n\tCompliance with ISO and SHE requirements
\n\tSupport the team in achieving the Production volume, by quick response to breakdowns.
\n\tEliminating equipment failures by commissioning equipment prior to start-up.
\n\tFault finding on the integrated SCADA AND HMI control systems<\/p>\n

\tCollects, documents and analyses data required for problem-solving.
\n\tAlways monitors and controls machine operation to the highest level.
\n\tMaintenance of production line equipment as required to ensure production stability.
\n\tResolves problems at own level with appropriate escalation of unresolved or higher-level problems, including.
\n\tImplements planned corrective actions
\n\tMonitoring problems after resolution to ensure that no recurrence takes place.
\n\tEnsuring accurate documentation of all production and quality problems
\n\tFeedback to superior and responsible staff
\n\tEnsures all displays are updated and relevant.
\n\tAttends\/supports\/takes relevant measures on all internal audits.
\n\tEffectively controls and adhere to process to eliminate scrap.
\n\tParticipates in CIP working groups and ensure they run effectively.
\n\tParticipates in partnership agreements with all process partners.
\n\tSupports production with the use of quality systems in order to meet ISO requirements.
\n\tEnsures standards to maintain a safe and healthy work environment are met.
\n\tEliminating electrical equipment failure by means of preventative maintenance.
\n\tFamiliarizing himself with the plant and equipment to ensure that first-hand information is always available.
\n\tOptimize and improve equipment and systems to optimize product quality plant availability and reliability.
\n\tCleaning of all Durr-Robotic equipment and ISRA Cameras during Production and weekend activities
\n\tTo inform his supervisor of all equipment breakdowns
\n\tProvide training to operators\/ trainees on Safety and use of equipment.

Environment:<\/p>\n
\tAssist management in achieving the Environmental (ISO 14001) targets and conform to all local legislative.
\n\tTo ensure that all work is performed competently and in accordance with BMW specifications, the OHS Act no 85 of 1993 and OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001and ISO 14001. To ensure that all equipment and work areas are always safe to prevent accidents or injury to personnel. Ensure that equipment is maintained in accordance with safety regulations.<\/p>\n

Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMinimum N3 Certificate (Technical) and Trade test.
\n\tQualified Trade (Electrical, Mechanical or Millwright)
\n\tFluent verbal\/written in English
\n\tThree years\u2019 experience in an Automotive Painted Body Production Plant
\n\tPainted Body Technology Experience Required<\/p>\n
