ROLE PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tTo implement and manage an integrated Facilities Management solution for Clients within the region of responsibility in accordance with the SLA.<\/p>\n
MAIN OUTPUTS<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for driving integrated Facilities Management (FM) services and strategy for the Client
\n\tEnsure delivery of efficient FM service as outlined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
\n\tImplementation of an effective HSE, Quality & Risk Management system in conjunction with the Contracts Manager, and in accordance to Client needs
\n\tConduct daily audits on FM services rendered and ensure that prescribed work quality and standards are sustained
\n\tEnsure timeous sign-off and variance explanations on P&L’s
\n\tIdentify gaps and deficiencies in services, advise and effect solutions as part of Continuous Improvement on FM services rendered
\n\tManage back to back SLA agreements with suppliers and contractors
\n\tMonitor service providers\u2019 (contractors) performance and effect corrective action on any deviations to the SLA
\n\tAssist in the management of FM projects and provide technical support, where applicable
\n\tDemonstrate and instill effective adherence to processes on infrastructure maintenance
\n\tManage performance & conflicts within subordinate employees & effect corrective actions, in line with company policies\/procedure
\n\tManage staff performance & facilitate improvement through regularly monitoring performance & providing required coaching, support & feedback
\n\tBuilding strategic relationships both internally and externally
\n\tProvide monthly reports and feedback on continued compliance to the SLA
\n\tManage performance & conflicts within subordinate employees & effect corrective actions, in line with company policies\/procedure 12
\n\tEnsure timeous processing of invoices
\n\tBuilding strategic relationships both internally and externally
\n\tExplore and recommend innovative methods, based on best practices, in order to bring about cost-effective solutions
\n\tEnsure timeous processing of invoices
\n\tManage performance & conflicts within subordinate employees & effect corrective actions, in line with company policies\/procedure
\n\tEnsure adequate staff placement i.e. prepare suitable shift-roster and manage\/approve applicable leave for subordinate employees
\n\tResponsible for training, coaching, mentoring & development of subordinate employees<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS \/ REQUIREMENTS \/ KNOWLEDGE \/ SKILLS \/ EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
The applicant must meet the following requirements:<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma\/Degree: Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management, Project Management, Operations Management or related FM formal qualification
\n\tMatric (Senior Certificate)
\n\tValid Drivers License
\n\t8yrs relevant experience in Facilities Management, CRM, Property Management & Financial Management
\n\tFacilities Management, CRM, Property Management, MS Project & MS Outlook (Intermediate skill level), SAP knowledge
\n\tKnowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems, Property Law & Contractual Law
\n\tResult<\/p>\n
