\tThe Area Manager III is responsible for defining business plans and strategic initiatives to improve store performance. They analyse KPIs, execute commercial policies, and manage staffing levels. They also focus on customer experience, staff development, and fostering cultural alignment. Additionally, they lead strategic initiatives to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction.<\/p>\n

\tDriving turnover \u00a0

\n\tControlling stock losses \u00a0
\n\tManaging, developing and motivating staff \u00a0
\n\tTraining and recruiting staff \u00a0
\n\tManaging merchandise \u00a0
\n\tFocusing on customer service \u00a0
\n\tManaging in-store administration and security checks \u00a0<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tA business or retail related degree will be advantageous. \u00a0
\n\tMinimum 2 years’ Area Manager experience
\n\tEntrepreneurial flair (business acumen and turnover driven) \u00a0
\n\tValid driver’s license \u00a0
\n\tWilling to reside in Witbank, Secunda or Middleburg area<\/p>\n
