Job Description<\/p>\n
\tCraft and implement a commercial strategy that supports the goals of Aramex for the region and ensure alignment with the overall business strategy
\n\tDevelop and nurture a strong commercial team capable of delivering the expected results
\n\tAchieve set revenue and profit targets
\n\tSupport and coach critical sales and retention activities within the team
\n\tSeek business opportunities to grow market share
\n\tMonitor competitor\u2019s activity
\n\tPerform customer visits with the commercial team members
\n\tAssist in closing of new business deals
\n\tAssist team in managing accounts under threat
\n\tDaily management of the commercial sales team
\n\tMonitor and report on overall sales activities, including revenue performance, visitations and prospecting<\/p>\n
Job Requirements – Experience and Education<\/p>\n
\tMinimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12) qualification
\n\tBachelor\u2019s Degree or similar qualification advantageous
\n\t5 years Corporate Commercial experience
\n\tPrevious Management experience is required
\n\tNeed to have worked for reputable corporates
\n\tProven track record of having successfully lead a commercial team
\n\tIndustry experience with understanding of full Supply Chain is a necessity
\n\tExperience in presentation and negotiation of business solutions at senior management level
\n\tValid Code 08 driver\u2019s license and own reliable transport\u00a0<\/p>\n
