Additionally, the position involves assisting suppliers in coordinating customer training evenings to enhance product knowledge.<br \/>\n\tIt also requires identifying new business opportunities with both suppliers and members, contributing to overall growth and fostering stronger partnerships.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tAnnual sales target achievement<br \/>\n\tPromotional calendar planning<br \/>\n\tTo maintain &amp; maximize sales from existing clients.<br \/>\n\tTo ensure maximum output from telesales staff<br \/>\n\tRegular product performance reviews with members<br \/>\n\tAssist suppliers to co-ordinate customer training evenings<br \/>\n\tIdentify new business opportunity with suppliers and members<br \/>\n\tResolve supplier and member queries<br \/>\n\tManage customer relationships through existing group structures complementing other departmental efforts<br \/>\n\tHolds regular meeting with sales staff.<br \/>\n\tAdhere to all sales policies, practices and procedures.<br \/>\n\tReturn monthly turnover figures to the Franchise Office<br \/>\n\tResponsible for sorting out any account queries and collection for outstanding amounts<br \/>\n\tGrowth of Wholesale house brands into the Franchise network.<\/p>\n<p>Maintain Franchise Standards:<\/p>\n<p>\tCorporate image (Look and feel of shop) &#8211; Good knowledge of franchise interior exterior layout<br \/>\n\tDeliver Excellent Customer Service<\/p>\n<p>Franchise Growth:<\/p>\n<p>\tIdentifying open areas<br \/>\n\tAppointing new franchisees &#8211; involve the Franchise office.<br \/>\n\tEffect cancellations and the execution thereof<br \/>\n\tAll paperwork related to the above<\/p>\n<p>Competitor Analysis:<\/p>\n<p>\tBe aware of developments in the area that may affect the franchisee&#8217;s business -both competitor activities as well as trading opportunities\u00a0<br \/>\n\tUse of Price mirror sheets that PIA uses for all price comparisons and the follow up thereof.<\/p>\n<p>Merchandising:<\/p>\n<p>\tFront of store merchandising for Midas stores according to corporate guidelines<br \/>\n\tRange gap analysis and floor planning.<br \/>\n\tWorkshop merchandising \/ suitable reception area for customers<br \/>\n\tFranchise of the Year Programme:<br \/>\n\tComplete management of the franchisee of the year program.<br \/>\n\tTraining of franchisee staff on the relevant FOTY tools such as CRM, Loyalty card etc.<\/p>\n<p>Training:<\/p>\n<p>\tArrange supplier evenings to ensure that staff is correctly trained on product and systems on offer.<br \/>\n\tArrange customer trade evenings with suppliers and their customer base.<\/p>\n<p>Local Marketing:<\/p>\n<p>\tStock mix applicable to the area based on standard Power BI reports<br \/>\n\tAdminister regional programmes &#8211; Mad Saturdays, store openings, etc.<br \/>\n\tSupplier meetings\/communication at the local level<br \/>\n\tAdminister local budgets<br \/>\n\tAssist with the launch of new products\/concepts at the local level<br \/>\n\tProduct support analysis by franchisee<br \/>\n\tAd Hoc Customer marketing promotions into their market.<\/p>\n<p>National Marketing:<\/p>\n<p>\tBe aware of all National specials and new products that are available<br \/>\n\tMeasure the success of all promotions<br \/>\n\tBelieve in the Midas concept, promote that belief at all times<br \/>\n\tValue ads and national deals:<br \/>\n\tEnsure franchisees as fully aware of all value ads and national deals and are making full use of each of them<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\tMatric Certificate\/Grade 12<br \/>\n\tCertificate or Diploma in Sales and\/or Marketing will be an advantage<br \/>\n\tMinimum sales experience of 5 years<\/p>\n<p>Skills and Personal Attributes:<\/p>\n<p>\tAbility to lead a team<br \/>\n\tGood communication skills (expression as well as comprehension)<br \/>\n\tComputer literacy<br \/>\n\tIndependent, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure<br \/>\n\tProfessionalism<br \/>\n\tIn depth industry and product knowledge<br \/>\n\tAnalytically \/ figure inclined<br \/>\n\tExcellent organizational skills<br \/>\n\tHigh level of Emotional Intelligence<\/p>\n<p>Closing Date\u00a006 March 2026<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Motus Aftermarket Parts","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"Motus Aftermarket Parts (MAP) trades in the replacement automotive parts industry, marketing and distributing quality automotive parts or components, DIY, DIFM (do-it-for-me) and leisure travel products.
