Technical Leadership<\/p>\n<p>\tGrow into the primary technical expert for FIDO-based solutions in the EMEA market.<br \/>\n\tMaintain strong expertise across HID\u2019s complete authentication portfolio including OTP tokens, smart cards, PKI solutions, and multi-factor authentication platforms.<br \/>\n\tSupport customers in designing hybrid deployments that combine various authentication technologies based on their specific use cases and security requirements.<br \/>\n\tStay at the forefront of FIDO Alliance developments, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.<br \/>\n\tChampion passwordless authentication strategies and help customers understand the value proposition of modern authentication approaches.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Sales Support<\/p>\n<p>\tBe an active member of the sales opportunity team and own the technical relationship with customers.<br \/>\n\tAddress technical questions and objections regarding HID products, platforms, and solutions.<br \/>\n\tAttend customer workshops and meetings as a subject matter expert on HID Global solutions.<br \/>\n\tFollow market trends within information security and Identity and Access Management.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0RFx Management &amp; Evangelism<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild trust and long-term partnerships with technical and business stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tPresent at events, conferences, webinars, and industry forums to showcase HID solutions.<br \/>\n\tSimplify sophisticated technical concepts for diverse audiences ranging from technical engineers to C-level executives.<\/p>\n<p>Partner Enablement<\/p>\n<p>\tCollaborate with channel partners to support them in positioning HID products and solutions.<br \/>\n\tDeliver technical training to HID Channel Partners to develop their sales and deployment capabilities.<br \/>\n\tAssist partners with integration of HID products into their ecosystems.<\/p>\n<p>Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/p>\n<p>\tRepresent customer needs internally to Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Support, and Engineering teams.<br \/>\n\tCollect market feedback regarding product requirements and competitive intelligence.<br \/>\n\tWork with global cross-functional teams to deliver HID Global solutions to customers.<br \/>\n\tContribute to Solution Marketing by assisting with datasheets, whitepapers, and case studies.<\/p>\n<p>Essential Qualifications:<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree (BSc) in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical field.<br \/>\n\tMinimum 2 years of experience in technical pre-sales function.<br \/>\n\tExperience with or strong interest in FIDO authentication technologies.<\/p>\n<p>Language Skills<\/p>\n<p>\tFluent in French (native or bilingual level required)<br \/>\n\tFluent in English (written and verbal communication)<\/p>\n<p>Technical Skills<\/p>\n<p>\tGood understanding of FIDO2, WebAuthn protocols; willingness to develop deep expertise.<br \/>\n\tStrong knowledge of MFA, SSO, PKI, smart cards, OTP, and passwordless solutions.<br \/>\n\tProficiency with OpenID Connect, OAuth 2.0, SAML2, SCIM, and WS-Federation.<br \/>\n\tExcellent Windows Server and Linux skills (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding of at least one major cloud provider (Azure, AWS, GCP).<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with RESTful APIs, SDKs, and at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, Node.js).<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding of LDAP, SSL\/TLS, VPN, RADIUS, firewalls, and network security.<\/p>\n<p>Communication and Professional Skills<\/p>\n<p>\tExcellent presentation and public speaking abilities.<br \/>\n\tStrong written communication skills for technical documentation.<br \/>\n\tAbility to adapt messaging for audiences ranging from technical engineers to C-level executives.<br \/>\n\tProfessional and credible demeanor;
