If you thrive on strategic thinking, relationship management, and achieving ambitious targets, we\u2019d love to hear from you!<\/p>\n<p>RESPONSIBILITIES\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tThe Key Account Manager will lead the set up and penetration of the Coty Brands in game changer key accounts. Develop and oversee the brands retail sales and ship to trade targets. \u00a0Implement excellent user experience and customer journeys in bricks and mortar and online. Manage end-to-end relationship and performance for allocated key account partners.<\/p>\n<p>Your main areas of responsibility will include the following:<\/p>\n<p>The day-to-day:<\/p>\n<p>\tAn expert on the retailers\u2019 account by building a formidable relationship to drive agreed business growth and turnover.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tScope out opportunities for growth and key initiatives to leverage category growth and market share within key accounts.<br \/>\n\tInnovate and activate key launches, campaigns and collaborations with marketing for impactful brand presence leading to business.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure right presence on brands across top sku\u2019s to ensure discoverability, build customer experience through forward share and online brand pages<br \/>\n\tSupport scoping future partners in terms of development potential, profitability, sales revenues and develop and implement the necessary plans of action.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tBuild a sustainable relationship with existing accounts.
