KEY PERFORMANCE AREA<\/p>\n
\t\ufeffPreparation of all surfaces through to the finishing coat.
\n\tGeneral painting of interior and exterior surfaces of all buildings, including roofs, gutters, downpipes, and fascias.
\n\tPainting of plant and equipment.
\n\tReplacement of broken glass and louvre window glass.
\n\tAbility to measure and order materials timeously.
\n\tSupervision of the erection and dismantling of scaffolding.
\n\tCeramic tiling in ablution blocks, including splashbacks for basins, etc.
\n\tDemarcation of roads, parking bays, and parking spaces.
\n\tPerform routine inspections, with findings recorded and reported to the Maintenance Supervisor.<\/p>\n
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\t\ufeffMatric
\n\tSAQA approved qualification in Paint Surfaces (NQF Level 3) advantageous.
\n\tMust have a valid Trade Test certificate.
\n\t5 years site experience within the painting trade.
\n\tExperience of working in a healthcare environment advantageous.
\n\tMust have a valid drivers license.
\n\tMust be available to work on standby and attend callouts as required.<\/p>\n
