Job Description<\/p>\n
\tTo provide administrative, operational and compliance support to the SHERQ department while gaining practical workplace experience in Safety, Health, Environment, Risk and Quality management systems.<\/p>\n
Safety & Health<\/p>\n
\tAssist with hazard identification and risk assessments.
\n\tSupport incident investigations and compile reports.
\n\tHelp monitor compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation.
\n\tParticipate in safety inspections and internal audits.
\n\tAssist in coordinating safety training and toolbox talks.<\/p>\n
Environmental<\/p>\n
\tSupport environmental compliance monitoring.
\n\tAssist with waste management tracking and environmental reporting.
\n\tParticipate in sustainability initiatives and awareness campaigns.
\n\tHelp maintain environmental records and permits.<\/p>\n
Risk<\/p>\n
\tAssist in maintaining risk registers.
\n\tSupport risk assessments and mitigation planning.
\n\tHelp track corrective and preventative actions.<\/p>\n
Quality<\/p>\n
\tSupport quality assurance activities and internal audits.
\n\tAssist in maintaining ISO systems documentation.
\n\tMonitor non-conformances and corrective actions.
\n\tSupport continuous improvement initiatives.<\/p>\n
Administration<\/p>\n
\tMaintain SHERQ documentation and filing systems.
\n\tCompile monthly SHERQ reports.
\n\tCapture and update data on internal systems.
\n\tProvide general administrative support to the SHERQ team.<\/p>\n

\n\tQuality Management
\n\tOr related field
\n\tComputer literacy (MS Office \u2013 Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
\n\tGood communication skills (written and verbal)
\n\tAttention to detail and strong organizational skills<\/p>\n
