Key responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tCollect, analyse, interpret, and present operational data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
\n\tContribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering and operational projects in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
\n\tPrepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
\n\tWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, IT, Facilities, and Health & Safety.
\n\tSupport the development, review, and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation.
\n\tMonitor operational performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions.
\n\tParticipate in problem-solving initiatives by identifying root causes, proposing practical solutions, and supporting implementation.<\/p>\n
