About the role<\/p>\n
\tThe successful candidate for this role will work within our Workflow Solutions division, collaborating with team members in an agile environment within Lexis Workflow Solutions.
\n\tThe Document Analyst is responsible for designing, authoring, and maintaining automated documents using GhostDraft technology. This role ensures that documents accurately reflect business specifications, incorporate required logic, and adhere to quality, compliance, and consistency standards. The Document Analyst plays a key role in improving document efficiency through automation and continuous enhancement.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tDesign, develop, and maintain automated documents in alignment with defined business requirements.
\n\tBuild and configure documents using GhostDraft, incorporating required logic, rules, and data\u2011driven functionality.
\n\tImplement and manage dynamic content, variables, and data integrations within automated documents.
\n\tReview and analyse existing documents to evaluate quality, efficiency, usability, and regulatory or business compliance.
\n\tEnsure document accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards and best practices.
\n\tProvide ongoing support for document maintenance, updates, and version control.
\n\tContribute to ad hoc projects and initiatives as required to support business needs<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tAn IT-related qualification (Diploma or Degree), conveyancing qualification, or relevant industry experience.
\n\tDemonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline daily workflows.
\n\tExperience with document automation and document creation tools (e.g. GhostDraft, advanced Microsoft Word functionality), including the use of markup languages and scripting (e.g. GhostDraft scripting) for automated document generation.
\n\tProficiency in conveyancing vendor applications such as Lexis\u00aeConvey, Lexis\u00aeWebConvey, or similar platforms.
\n\tStrong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality outcomes, complemented by clear written and verbal communication skills.
\n\tAbility to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, with a self\u2011motivated, proactive approach and a willingness to quickly learn new systems and processes.
\n\tStrong time\u2011management and organisational skills, with the ability to multi\u2011task, meet deadlines, and take ownership and accountability for assigned work.
\n\tWell\u2011developed troubleshooting and problem\u2011solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and implement practical solutions.<\/p>\n
