\tAn exciting new opportunity is available within our System Support and Development team for a resourceful Project Manager.
\n\tAs a Project Manager, you will be responsible to lead, plan, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality standards. The Project Manager serves as the central liaison among stakeholders, clients, and third parties, while proactively managing risks, resources, and expectations to achieve successful project outcomes.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0
\nEducation:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12
\n\tRelevant qualification project management.
\n\tPRINCE2, PMP\/PMBOK, Lean Six Sigma knowledge
\n\tScrum Master certification<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 3 years’ experience in project management and\/ or as a scrum master.
\n\tMedical Scheme Administration Experience 3 years plus essential<\/p>\n

\n\tStrong facilitation skills (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).

Agile & Scrum Expertise<\/p>\n
\tDeep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
\n\tAbility to remove impediments and create an environment for agility.
\n\tGuiding teams on self-organization and continuous improvement.<\/p>\n
Project Management Fundamentals<\/p>\n
\tPlanning, scheduling, and resource management.
\n\tBudget tracking, risk management, and reporting.
\n\tBalancing Agile delivery with organizational governance (PMO, compliance, etc.).<\/p>\n
Communication & Stakeholder Management<\/p>\n
\tClear and persuasive communication with executives, sponsors, and teams.
\n\tSkilled at managing expectations and aligning priorities.
\n\tTranslating technical progress into business value language.<\/p>\n
Technical & Tool Proficiency<\/p>\n
\tFamiliarity with Agile\/project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project, Azure DevOps).
\n\tUnderstanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and CI\/CD basics.
\n\tData-driven tracking through metrics (velocity, burn-down, earned value, KPIs).<\/p>\n
Change & Risk Management<\/p>\n
\tManaging organizational change in Agile adoption.
\n\tIdentifying, mitigating, and escalating risks proactively.
\n\tLeading teams through uncertainty and transformation.<\/p>\n
Business Acumen<\/p>\n
\tLinking project outcomes to strategic business objectives.
\n\tKnowledge of product ownership concepts (value delivery, ROI).<\/p>\n
