Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tAs a Food and Beverage cost controller, you are primarily responsible for calculating costs of food and beverage items and also responsible for the short and long-term planning of the F&B controlling and pricing aspects. Additionally responsible to record information and produce control reports periodically to help maintain a suitable inventory of food and beverage items for the entire resort.<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for overseeing, receiving issuing, storage and inventory
\n\tResponsible for daily stock counts on various area\/stock
\n\tResponsible for proper document of all merchandise entering and leaving the store area
\n\tMaintaining the tidiness and cleanliness of all storage areas
\n\tTo report on variances and take follow up action
\n\tSingle accommodation available<\/p>\n
Key Competencies and Personal Attributes:<\/p>\n
\tGood general knowledge of food and beverage products
\n\tStrong administration, management and leadership skills
\n\tPrevious bookkeeping\/ accounting experience would be an advantage.
\n\tMust be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
\n\tAccurate and reliable
\n\tPolite, friendly person with a strong personality that can think on their feet
\n\t2 years\u2019 experience in a similar role
\n\tExcellent communication and organization skills
\n\tDedicated to food quality and control
\n\tStrong knowledge of proper food handling and sanitation standards
\n\tWork against normal office hours
\n\tWork on public holidays, weekends and during high seasonal periods.<\/p>\n
