assist with implementation of the Market Excellence strategy across; Wholesale, Franchise, Re-distribution, &amp; DTC \/ E-com with your customers\u00a0relating to VM standards, &amp; overall brand image.<br \/>\n\tOrderbook Conversion &amp; Management:<br \/>\n\tConstant tracking of orderbooks, ensuring customers buys are aligned to category product strategies &amp; stores always have the latest product.<br \/>\n\tAnalyze risks in terms of poor sell thru and excessive stock forward cover which could translate to overstock situations.<br \/>\n\tUtilize mechanisms such as in season trading to assist partners with growth &amp; foster new business opportunities.<br \/>\n\tProvide realistic plans &amp; forecasts on customer\u2019s performances seasonally to guide forward season planning.<br \/>\n\tAssist East Africa team in executing the adidas strategic objectives across relevant markets aligned to Global Market standards, while taking into consideration local East African market nuances.<br \/>\n\tProvide relevant market insights to East Africa team for\u00a0customer segmentation\u00a0in a way that mitigates overtrading &amp; cannibalization of key categories and key franchises.<br \/>\n\tAssist in managing the store developments in relevant markets.<br \/>\n\tTrack overall market conditions including pricing parity &amp; duty structures, and report findings to East Africa team.<br \/>\n\tOn boarding of new accounts as the need arises<br \/>\n\tAvailability to travel to key markets when required.<\/p>\n<p>Key Relationships<\/p>\n<p>\tDirect Report for the Senior Sales Manager East Africa<br \/>\n\tMarket: Brand, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, Planning, Logistics, Orderbook Management, Store Development, Finance<br \/>\n\tExternal: EM &amp; EMC Colleagues, Customers, Agencies<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities<\/p>\n<p>\tRepresentative with proven track record of successfully managing accounts and relationships in large sales organizations.<br \/>\n\tStrong Analytical skills for Sell Thru analysis, Orderbook Management which will impact business planning and decision making.<br \/>\n\tStrong interpersonal skills: Very good communication and negotiating abilities.<br \/>\n\tHigh degree of commercial and business acumen knowledge (e.g., sales, retail, trade marketing, customer service, finance and controlling)<br \/>\n\tStrong decision taking and determination and shows high initiative and pragmatism to the business.<\/p>\n<p>Requisite Education and Experience \/ Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\tRelevant qualification in business with marketing and sales focus<br \/>\n\t3 &#8211;
