Proven experience in Government policies and programmes. Sound knowledge and experience in small businesses and Women Empowerment Legislative Frameworks, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Project Management.<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge and skills:<\/p>\n<p>\tComputer skills (Microsoft Office Package), Good communication (written and verbal), Interpersonal Relations &amp; Facilitation skills, Stakeholder networking, Organizational and Presentation skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team under extreme pressure. Strong Project and team management skills. Strong oral and written communication skills, including report writing.
