Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric (Grade 12)
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 payroll experience, preferably in retail
\n\tStrong knowledge of BCEA and tax regulations
\n\tProficient in Excel and payroll systems such as SAP Payroll, Dynamique Payroll, and Supertime
\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tStrong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlines
\n\tEthical and professional with a strong sense of responsibility<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tManage payroll data including new hires, terminations, promotions, leave, and other staff movements.
\n\tEnsure accurate payroll processing and timely corrections.
\n\tPrepare relevant payroll documentation such as certificates of service and UI19 forms.
\n\tHandle payroll queries from employees, managers, and third parties.
\n\tPerform month-end procedures including third-party payments and payment reconciliations.
\n\tMaintain accurate filing and reporting for audit purposes.<\/p>\n
