Purpose of the role:<\/p>\n
\tTo maximise the value of assets under management by managing the portfolio of assets, monitoring and driving performance of the investments.<\/p>\n
Requirements:
\nMinimum Qualifications :<\/p>\n
\tB Commerce Degree (finance, engineering, legal) or any other relevant commerce or engineering degree
\n\t4-5 years relevant experience in unlisted investments (deal-making or advisory)
\n\tKnowledge of Investment and Credit Risk Assessment
\n\tKnowledge of Financial Analysis and Interpretation
\n\tExperience in Investment Analysis and Financial Modelling
\n\tFAIS RE 05 Certificate<\/p>\n
Preferred Qualifications :<\/p>\n
\tPost Graduate Degree (finance, engineering, legal) or any other relevant commerce and science degree
\n\tCA or CFA<\/p>\n

\tCredit risk and investment assessment
\n\tFinancial analysis and interpretation
\n\tInvestment performance monitoring, review and analysis
\n\tInvestment Report writing
\n\tNegotiation and deal structuring
\n\tFinancial modelling, returns and scenario analysis skills
\n\tDemonstrable deal-making experience (Debt, equity and\/or quasi-equity)
\n\tPortfolio\/Post-investment management (unlisted investments)
\n\tPortfolio company value-add<\/p>\n
Duties:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and implement post investment plan for the portfolio companies
\n\tEnsure the timeliness and quality of complex portfolio actions to maximise the value of assets under management (such as restructuring, follow-on investments, debt conversion, rescheduling, amendments, and regular waivers).
\n\tBuild, maintain and manage high-level relationships with investee companies and other stakeholders; conduct regular client visits and ensure client satisfaction.
\n\tMonitor investments, review and analyse performance and compliance of investments.
\n\tConduct active investment management focused on value add and successful exits.
\n\tDesign and implement exit plans for investment companies.
\n\tCollect and conduct review of portfolio company performance, analysis of investee company reports (such as AFS, Management Accounts and management reports).
\n\tPrepare portfolio company reports and portfolio action appraisal reports.
\n\tProvide early warning signals for investments and implement remedial action.
\n\tContribute to the knowledge management process (development of lessons learnt and best practices).
\n\tResearch and sectoral analysis to keep abreast with industry trends to identify growth opportunities and areas of concern.
\n\tAssist in any ad-hoc initiatives within the department.<\/p>\n
