QUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric).
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Sales or related field.<\/p>\n
EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in a similar position preferably in a FMCG environment.
\n\tProven experience as key account manager.
\n\tExperience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/p>\n
Client Relationship Management:<\/p>\n
\tDeveloping trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
\n\tDeveloping and sustaining solid relationships with key customers that bring in the most income for the Company.
\n\tAcquiring a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
\n\tExpanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
\n\tEnsure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
\n\tServe as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.
\n\tResolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
\n\tUse Company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions to achieve key clients\u2019 long-term goals<\/p>\n
Sales:<\/p>\n
\tPlay an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.<\/p>\n
Reporting:<\/p>\n
\tPrepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.<\/p>\n

\tCommunicating and collaborating with the advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure that key clients\u2019 needs are met.
