Description<\/p>\n
\tTime and attendance hardware and software monitoring and maintenance
\n\tPhysically inspect all T&A access areas (clocking devices) before each shift goes and comes out from underground and\/or surface workplaces
\n\tMaintaining T&A data integrity
\n\tProvision of employee access to T&A system and managing employee transfers
\n\tProcessing and clearing employee parades as required
\n\tIssue forms to be authorized for employees who are clocking outside of their time\/area zones
\n\tOverride system for employees to clock only if in possession of authorized forms
\n\tProvision of accurate and timely time and attendance reports
\n\tTimely clearance of employee exception reports
\n\tManagement of the overtime scheduling and approval process
\n\tCapturing approved overtime schedules
\n\tTraining end-users and peers on the T&A system
\n\tSupporting the HR and Payroll teams on T&A-related matters, and
\n\tAd-hoc time and attendance duties and responsibilities.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (matric) or equivalent NQF 4 education qualification
\n\tHRM Diploma or Degree will be advantageous
\n\tMinimum of 1-year experience with time and attendance management within a mining environment
\n\tKnowledge of the SACO system is advantageous
\n\tKnowledge of HR and payroll processes
\n\tComputer literate (Microsoft office)
\n\tStrong administration and organizational skills
\n\tStrong interpersonal and communication skills
\n\tAccuracy and highly methodical working methods
\n\tAble to work under pressure
\n\tAttention to detail and the ability to work logically, consistently, and accurately;
\n\tGood English communication skills
\n\tValid Certificate of Fitness<\/p>\n
