\tThis role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with Occupational Health & Safety, Food Safety, Environmental and Quality standards, while supporting operational teams with reporting, documentation, training coordination, and risk management.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate workplace risk assessments and SSOP updates nationally
\n\tSupport internal audits and ensure regulatory compliance (OHS, Food Safety, Environmental & Quality)
\n\tTrack and drive corrective action closure
\n\tConsolidate micro results, safety statistics, mock recalls & calibration data
\n\tMaintain and update national dashboards (Power BI exposure advantageous)
\n\tCompile and distribute monthly & quarterly SHEQ reports
\n\tEnsure 100% data accuracy and on-time submissions
\n\tPartner with Area Managers and Site Managers
\n\tSupport customer SHEQ teams with documentation and compliance tracking
\n\tEnsure non-conformances are resolved within agreed timeline
\n\tCirculate risk alerts and hazard communications
\n\tPrepare meeting minutes and track action plans
\n\tEnsure alignment across national operations
\n\tSupport rollout of SHEQ initiatives and training programmes
\n\tIdentify opportunities for standardisation and process efficiency
\n\tContribute to strengthening the overall SHEQ framework nationally<\/p>\n

\tGrade 12 (Matric)
\n\tDegree or National Diploma in: Food Science \/ Microbiology \/ Biotechnology\/
\n\tEnvironmental Health\/Quality or Operations Management
\n\tAnalytical Chemistry or related field
\n\tStrong Microsoft Office proficiency
\n\tSAMTRAC \/ FSSC 22000 (advantageous)
\n\tMinimum 2+ years\u2019 experience: Risk assessments\/Total Quality Management systems
\n\tFMCG, food production, or cleaning industry
\n\tOperations support or compliance coordination
\n\tStrong analytical and reporting skills
\n\tExceptional attention to detail
\n\tAbility to manage multiple sites and deadlines
\n\tExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
\n\tStructured, process-driven mindset
\n\tOwn reliable transport<\/p>\n
