Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tDesign, implement, and maintain robust network security infrastructure to protect Customer\u2019s digital environment.
\n\tManage and optimize security platforms including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems (IPS), DDoS mitigation tools, VPNs, secure email gateways, and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
\n\tMonitor network traffic to detect anomalies, investigate potential threats, and respond promptly to security incidents.
\n\tConduct forensic analysis and support incident response to ensure timely containment and resolution of security events.
\n\tEnsure compliance with cybersecurity policies, ISO\/IEC 27002 standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.
\n\tOversee the lifecycle management of digital certificates and the secure provisioning of third-party network connections.
\n\tManage and resolve network security requests and incidents through the Remedy system within agreed service levels.
\n\tMaintain accurate technical documentation, configurations, and incident logs to support audits and risk reporting.
\n\tCollaborate with internal teams to identify vulnerabilities, recommend security enhancements, and strengthen overall network defense.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in information security, Computer Science, and\/or Matric with 6 – 8 years Network Security experience.
\n\tCCNP Security, CISSP, or equivalent industry-recognized security certifications CCNP Security, CISSP, or equivalent industry-recognized security certifications.
\n\tMinimum of 7 years\u2019 experience in network security engineering or a related discipline.
\n\tProven experience managing and maintaining enterprise-grade security infrastructure.
\n\tDemonstrated expertise in incident response, threat mitigation, and vulnerability remediation.
\n\tExperience working within regulated environments and adhering to cybersecurity standards such as ISO\/IEC 27002.<\/p>\n
