In aerospace, transportation, defence, security and space, our architects design innovative solutions that make our tomorrow&#8217;s possible.<\/p>\n<p>Filing &amp; Administration:<\/p>\n<p>\tResponsible for accurately filing HR, employee records (hardcopy and electronic).<br \/>\n\tResponsible for monthly internal audit checks on personnel files<br \/>\n\tResponsible for updating the Organogram on a monthly basis<br \/>\n\tAssist with monthly reporting in relevant HR sections\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSetting up meetings for Company Townhalls (Imbizo)<br \/>\n\tAssist with uploading of documents on the IMS Portal\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>ERP System Support<\/p>\n<p>\tCreating purchase requisitions on Oracle\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCreating and terminating employees on SAP<br \/>\n\tUpdating banking details on SAP<\/p>\n<p>HR Support<\/p>\n<p>\tResponsible to coordinate employee wellness programs<br \/>\n\tAssist with school fee \/ bursary applications\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProviding support to the HR team on defined HR operations and projects, including but not limited to:\u00a0<br \/>\n\trecruitment \u2013 preparing interview packs, posting of non-senior vacancies, setting up appointments, assist with screening, conducting the MIE reference checks, engagement on pre-appointment requirements. \u00a0<br \/>\n\tAssist with year-round audits<\/p>\n<p>Pre-boarding \/ Onboarding \/ Offboarding<\/p>\n<p>\tContact prospective employees, arrange interviews<br \/>\n\tEnsure employment application forms are completed<br \/>\n\tSet up \/ maintain and follow-up on the probationary documentation \/ interviews.<br \/>\n\tOn-boarding &#8211; Preparing contracts and on-boarding packs as well as assisting with the induction of new staff.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tInduction of new employees\u00a0<br \/>\n\tSet up exit interviews<br \/>\n\tAdminister the terminations process and ensure sign-off by all identified stakeholders.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tEnsure that all company property is returned on employee exit.<\/p>\n<p>Training<\/p>\n<p>\tAssist with arranging training for all employees (scheduling, documentation, etc.), ensure payments are processed timeously and responsible for all training documentation and recordkeeping. \u00a0<br \/>\n\tCo-ordination of the on-site training events<br \/>\n\tCommittees, meetings &amp; forums \u2013 assist with co-ordination and arrangement of HR meetings, HR events and HR committees, responsible for minute taking of HR meetings.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProviding overall support in special HR projects<\/p>\n<p>Ad Hoc<\/p>\n<p>\tAssist with any other HR function\/ task as it arises.<\/p>\n<p>HSE RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure both your own safety and the safety of others at all times.<br \/>\n\tMaintain an active role in achieving the objectives and adhering to the HSE Thales Policy<br \/>\n\tComply with local HSE laws and legislation.<br \/>\n\tTo use safety equipment (including PPE) as required and intended.<br \/>\n\tLead by example and actively encourage departments to look at ways to conserve water &amp; energy, minimise the generation of waste, and encourage recycling.<br \/>\n\tEvery one within Thales has the right to stop work if they believe that their activities may affect their health and safety or that of others.
