\tAVBOB is looking for a skilled Copywriter to join our Brand and Advertising team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, refining, and overseeing high-quality content across a wide range of marketing platforms from brochures and websites to social media and press ads.

\n\tConceptualise and write persuasive copy for a wide range of advertising and marketing materials, including brochures, websites, social media, catalogues, posters, press ads, and internal communications.
\n\tCollaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts and campaigns.
\n\tConduct in-depth research to support and strengthen copywriting content.
\n\tEnsure brand consistency and quality control across all advertising materials.
\n\tWrite, edit, proofread, and refine content for promotional materials, internal publications, advertorials, and digital marketing.
\n\tSource and create localised social media content that highlights community impact at branch level.
\n\tRegularly update website content to reflect current campaigns and initiatives.
\n\tReview and proof content produced by external contributors, ensuring alignment with AVBOB\u2019s brand and regulatory standards.
\n\tMonitor and manage social media platforms to enhance brand positioning and product visibility.
\n\tEnforce compliance with FSCA guidelines and internal advertising standards.
\n\tSupport the development of content strategies and plans for emerging digital platforms, including direct marketing and branch-specific social media.
\n\tAssist with proof-reading \u201cThe Society\u201d (internal magazine) on a quarterly basis.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tTertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, Art, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum 5 years\u2019 copywriting experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
\n\tProven conceptualisation and proof-reading skills.
\n\tStrong command of grammar, tone, and brand voice.
\n\tAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
\n\tExcellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, on-brand content.
\n\tStrong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
\n\tExceptional time management and verbal\/written communication abilities.<\/p>\n
