You will also complete end\u2011to\u2011end case assessments in a regulated environment. The role involves data cleansing to ensure customer records and documents are accurate and complete before progressing each case<\/p>\n<p>Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tPerform data cleansing, including reviewing, correcting, and updating customer records to ensure accuracy before assessment<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate case notes, audit trails and documentation in line with scheme requirements<br \/>\n\tDeliver high\u2011quality inbound and outbound call handling, providing clear and compliant guidance to customers and CMCs<br \/>\n\tManage customer cases and complaints end\u2011to\u2011end, ensuring decisions align with regulatory standards<br \/>\n\tConduct comprehensive case reviews, gathering evidence and validating information<br \/>\n\tHandle objections, evidence reviews and case reconsiderations.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and escalate complex queries, complaints and vulnerable customer cases<\/p>\n<p>Job Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum of a Matric\/NQF 4 qualification<br \/>\n\tMin 1-year unbroken previous experience is essential in a fast\u2011paced telephony environment, complaints handling, or case management.<\/p>\n<p>Skills Required:<\/p>\n<p>\tStrong written and verbal communication skills.<br \/>\n\tHigh attention to detail and sound judgement Experience Required<br \/>\n\tProblem solving skills with the ability to adopt a logical approach to resolving problems<br \/>\n\tGood data and statistical analysis skills<br \/>\n\tGood IT literacy and data entry accuracy<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Preferred Requirements\/Skills:<\/p>\n<p>\tKnowledge of FCA DISP, Consumer Duty and redress frameworks.<br \/>\n\tExperience using case management systems in financial services.<br \/>\n\tUnderstanding of Claims Management Companies (CMCs) and FOS escalation routes<\/p>\n<p>Deadline:31st March,2026<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Huntswood","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"We are Huntswood.
