Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tNational Certificate \/ Diploma in OD ETDP, Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Operations Management or similar
\n\tDegree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business Administration, Psychology or Industrial Psychology, Operations\/Performance management would be beneficial
\n\tMinimum 7 years\u2019 experience in a managerial role in operations management training and or Learning and Development Leader in an operational or business delivery environment
\n\tLearning\/training Programme Design, Development and delivery experience
\n\tExperience working in a multi-disciplinary team across multiple stakeholders
\n\tSkills development needs analysis, design, facilitation, management\/leadership experience
\n\tComputer literacy (MS Office) at an intermediate to advanced level – particularly MS Excel \u00a0MS Word and MS PowerPoint<\/p>\n
