MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIRED<\/p>\n
\t2 years relevant forecourt experience
\n\tManagement and\/or Team Lead experience will be an advantage<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS<\/p>\n
\tEffective management of stock levels through daily monitoring of stock levels at kiosk and forecourt
\n\tOversee regular stock-taking, cycle counting and stock rotation
\n\tEnsure placement of stock in correct\u00a0shelves\/bins and
\n\tManage\u00a0and\u00a0control\u00a0stock\u00a0expiration\u00a0register\u00a0and report on stock\u00a0expiration\u00a0dates\u00a0and\u00a0best\u00a0before\u00a0dates
\n\tEnsure achievement of sales targets set for kiosk and forecourt in accordance with marketing plans and budgets\u00a0
\n\tManage and report on the budget vs actual expenses
\n\tEnsure customer service
\n\tBuild and maintain sound customer relations with internal and external clients, grow customer\u00a0base and ensure that client queries and complaints are resolved timeously
\n\tEnsure compliance with health and safety requirements in line with company policy and legislative requirements
\n\tManage employee key performance areas, monitor performance standards, identify training and development requirements, and ensure fair disciplinary action to address deviations<\/p>\n
