Job Description
\nThe successful candidate will be reporting to the Senior Manager Spatial Portfolio, and will be responsible but not limited to the following:<\/p>\n
\tSupport to the economic modeler function in the preparation of the revenue models with the inputs related with the commercial practice.
\n\tConduct research and benchmarking analysis for the determination of the best practices for overall portfolio and report the innovation on commercial products and revenue growth.
\n\tSupport activities for Retail, Car-rental and Car Parking revenue determination and implementation of Marketing strategies in conjunction with BD Commercial Marketing and relevant Marketing Agency(ies).
\n\tDefine technical tender specifications.
\n\tReview contracts\/concession agreements in preparation for negotiation with prospective and existing customers.
\n\tConduct performance reviews on existing contracts and performance of commercial portfolio.
\n\tObtain, check and refine information.
\n\tCollate and submit reports.
\n\tRun data exception reports and take corrective action.
\n\tConduct document control spot-checks.
\n\tContribute to the development and continuous improvement of organisational standards, policies and procedures within span of control and monitor implementation to ensure full compliance.
\n\tAdhere to and ensure adherence to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures.
\n\tReport non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance.
\n\tProvide specialised technical \/ professional support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of functional and organisational objectives.
\n\tEstablish a close relationship with the relevant key account and account managers.
\n\tImplement remedial actions where required<\/p>\n
Technical Skills and Experience<\/p>\n
The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such will be required:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBachelors\u2019 Degree (3 years \u2013 360 credits) in Commercial\/Property Management\/Finance – NQF 7 is essential.\u00a0
\n\t5 years Operational Commercial Asset Management experience is essential.
\n\t3 to 5 years Product design and Innovation\/ marketing strategy and airport operations management is recommended.
\n\tMS Office at intermediate level.
\n\tCode B; Motor vehicle licence.<\/p>\n
