To handle performance from total business perspective all the way down to store level and instil accountability at all levels.<br \/>\n\tBe the point of contact for Sales Ops to drive the correct level of execution standards by Channel. Be the key contact to CP&amp;A to ensure Tracking elements are briefed on time and objectives are measured as agreed and signed off.<br \/>\n\tDrive correct level of Reporting, focusing on exceptions, to ensure gaps are identified and closed to drive business NSV.<\/p>\n<p>Role Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tSales Systems: Collaborate with the Sales Team and Data Specialists to integrate, develop and implement systems solutions to increase commercial results through improved KPI measurement and reporting, and business processing capability.<\/p>\n<p>Drive insights from gap analysis measures<\/p>\n<p>\tAnalyze outlet execution reports, address gaps, find opportunities, risks, and propose action plans.<br \/>\n\tDevelop Data measurement comparison reporting that highlight if there is improvement on executions and implementation of plans during specific periods of the year\/month.<br \/>\n\tEnsure consistency in reporting and actionable execution plans by channel and segment.<br \/>\n\tDevelop streamlined processes by recommending standards and procedures resulting in improved efficiencies and increased accuracy.<\/p>\n<p>Systems reporting and analysis to facilitate strategic growth.<\/p>\n<p>\tFacilitate alignment of business strategy with customer strategy<br \/>\n\tAnalyse operational intelligence to ensure accuracy and provide meaning and trends.<br \/>\n\tGenerate and analyse reports and provide feedback on reporting when necessary.<br \/>\n\tExplore and identify new business opportunities and make recommendations for action.<br \/>\n\tProvide monthly reports on key KPI\u2019s being tracked by the Sales team, highlighting areas of concern and opportunity.<br \/>\n\tAlign reports to business objectives.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with Capability Manager to develop relevant training materials (assist in training where required)<br \/>\n\tCustomer Market and KAM team \u2013 align to Global training.<\/p>\n<p>Facilitate operational excellence.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\tUnderstand the expectations of stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tMonitor and measure operational activities and key outputs.<br \/>\n\tSupporting Execution activity by providing Insights for trade team<br \/>\n\tSupporting the team with National or Quarterly Dashboards<br \/>\n\tProvide support to KAM and Divisional Teams<br \/>\n\tEngage with sales operational team to facilitate and support achievement of excellence.<br \/>\n\tEnsure the integrity of data.<br \/>\n\tWork with Commercial MD lead to align data across all Platforms<br \/>\n\tTrax insights and Pricing<br \/>\n\t3rd Party capability audit<br \/>\n\tIdentify projects to streamline areas for improvement.<\/p>\n<p>Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\tLearn and follow applicable procurement agreements, licenses, legislation, regulatory policies, internal policies, and procedures, etc.<br \/>\n\tExperience \/ skills required:\u00a0<br \/>\n\tCommercial Graduate Degree Qualification \u2013 Business Related<br \/>\n\tDriver\u2019s license<\/p>\n<p>Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tExperience in Commercial (Minimum 2-3 years) working in sales and or customer marketing is a prerequisite.<br \/>\n\tBasic experience in Planning functions (minimum 1-2 years)<br \/>\n\tWork within a virtual team, cross functionally and with a high sense of initiative and ownership, being self-sufficient and independent.<br \/>\n\tCategory and competitor knowledge<br \/>\n\tBasic understanding of our industry, the channels in which our products are sold, in-store requirements and account specific marketing.<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with market measurement data and interpretation into actionable insights<\/p>\n<p>Project Management Expertise<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild collaborative and influential relationships with peers in Commercial.<br \/>\n\tStrong analytical skills, systems proficiency, and data handling expertise<\/p>\n<p>Key Skills<\/p>\n<p>\tCommercial Competence<br \/>\n\tHigh
