Purpose of the role<\/p>\n
\tTo work closely with Clients to promote and assist the sales of Spares and Wears as well as Field Services, Regular equipment inspections and equipment audits done and feedback provided to the Client and FLS
\n\tLiaise with customers to meet their requirements and needs in respect of equipment reliability.<\/p>\n
Key Accountabilities<\/p>\n
\tProvides service and customer support during field visits or dispatches of products
\n\tManages all on site installation, commissioning, configuring, calibrating, repair, maintenance and test tasks, typically of a more complex nature
\n\tDiagnoses errors or technical problems and determines proper solutions
\n\tMay determine when products should be upgraded or replaced
\n\tPromotes a culture of personal and team safety, including others who may be affected by the company\u2019s operational activities<\/p>\n

\tApplies specialist and detailed expertise to promote FLS Equipment, spares and wears
\n\tDevelops job knowledge and expertise through continual professional development.
\n\tKnowledge of the interaction between technical and commercial issues and customer requirements.
\n\tAbility to select between major\/minor technical issues. \u00a0Notify the relevant departments.
\n\tTo understand market requirements and trends.
\n\tKnowledge of the basic principles and structures for minerals processing plants
\n\tAbility to study, understand and solve technical problems.
\n\tAbility to present and explain technical issues.
\n\tRead technical drawings and specifications
\n\tUnderstand the objective with effective reporting.
\n\tAbility to summarize complex issues into essentials issues.
\n\tCustomer Service Experience.
\n\tExperience within a FS Department.<\/p>\n
