Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tCreate and maintain an enabling work environment that supports employee engagement and productivity
\n\tManage end\u2011to\u2011end recruitment and selection processes in line with approved workforce plans, ensuring timeous, quality appointments to meet business needs
\n\tManage and monitor HR service delivery against agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including tracking performance, addressing service gaps, and driving continuous improvement
\n\tPartner with line management to ensure effective people practices aligned to business requirements
\n\tSupport development and succession planning initiatives within the channel
\n\tImplement and administer performance management processes in line with Group standards
\n\tEnsure compliance with labour legislation, governance requirements, and HR best practices
\n\tDrive HR operational efficiencies through consistent processes and disciplined execution.
\n\tProvide leadership, guidance, and performance oversight to HR Business Partners within the Input Supply channel.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tQualifications:\u00a0\u00a0A degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
\n\tRequirements (South Africa):\u00a0Minimum of 3\u20135 years\u2019 HR experience in s similar role, with preference given to candidates who have at least 2 years\u2019 managerial experience. Strong knowledge of labour legislation and compliance frameworks. Sound understanding of performance management systems. Exposure to HR technologies and systems.<\/p>\n
