Strategic Marketing & Branding:<\/p>\n
\tExecute the company’s brand strategy, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
\n\tTranslate business objectives into effective marketing campaigns that increase market share and customer retention.
\n\tCoordinate marketing plans, product launches, advertising campaigns, and brand awareness initiatives.<\/p>\n
Customer Testimonial Coordination:<\/p>\n
\tIdentify and approach suitable customers, clients, or stakeholders for testimonials following events or product\/service engagements.
\n\tCoordinate interviews (written, video, or live presentations) with selected customers.
\n\tLiaise with marketing to develop structured testimonial briefs and key messaging frameworks.
\n\tObtain necessary permissions and release forms.
\n\tEnsure testimonial content aligns with brand positioning and compliance standards.
\n\tManage testimonial scheduling for use in marketing campaigns, events, product launches, and digital platforms.
\n\tMaintain a database of approved testimonials for future reference and deployment.<\/p>\n
Event & Promotion Coordination:<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate demonstration plans and assist with executing customer demonstrations.
\n\tPlan and manage the company\u2019s presence at trade shows, field days, dealer meetings, and training workshops.
\n\tCoordinate logistics, promotional material, branding collateral, and post-event lead generation follow-ups.
\n\tSupport the planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, promotions, and product events.
\n\tTrack and evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns and events.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder & Vendor Management:<\/p>\n
\tServe as primary point of contact for vendors and suppliers.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong supplier relationships.
\n\tCoordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment.
\n\tManage guest lists, RSVPs, and communication.<\/p>\n
Administration & Budgeting:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain a marketing calendar with deadlines, event dates, content schedules, and campaign timelines.
\n\tMonitor and report on the marketing budget, ensuring efficient use of resources and ROI tracking.
\n\tMaintain accurate records of product materials, promotional inventory, and campaign reports.
\n\tUse platforms such as CRM for data input and activity tracking.<\/p>\n
REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
Qualification:<\/p>\n
\tPost-Matric Certificate\/Diploma in agriculture\/business\/marketing or a related field (essential)
\n\tDegree in agriculture\/business\/marketing or a related field (preferential)<\/p>\n
Legal:<\/p>\n
\tValid Driver\u2019s License and Passport.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
\t3 – 5 years experience in a marketing role (essential)
\n\tHigh level of agricultural product application knowledge – 3-5 years\u2019 experience (essential)<\/p>\n
