It serves as a strategic bridge between GPS, HRBPs, and employees to ensure consistent coordination and seamless HR service delivery. We&#8217;re looking for someone to champion this role \u2013 someone who finds joy in solutions and thrives in a vibrant culture of learning, growth, and teamwork.<\/p>\n<p>Your responsibilities<br \/>\nEmployee Lifecycle Management<\/p>\n<p>\tManage end-to-end HR processes for joiners, leavers, and internal transfers.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate pre-boarding and onboarding logistics (e.g., induction schedules, office tours, medical insurance enrollment) and manage exit formalities (e.g., termination checklists, reference letters).<br \/>\n\tEnsure timely, accurate, and compliant communication of employment changes and announcements.<\/p>\n<p>HR Operations &amp; Compliance<\/p>\n<p>\tAct as the local HR point of contact for activities not covered by the GPS Hub, including tasks requiring in-market execution, such as visa processing, and compliance documentation.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate and complete employee records, ensuring adherence to Reckitt\u2019s HR policies, data integrity, and regional statutory standards.<br \/>\n\tSupport tax compliance, statutory reporting, and audit readiness for the region.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate closely with the GPS Hub and HRBPs to standardize HR processes and resolve operational issues efficiently.<\/p>\n<p>Payroll &amp; Benefits Administration<\/p>\n<p>\tManage monthly payroll inputs for joiners, leavers, and employee changes, including housing allowance.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate Global Stock Profit Plan (GSPP) processes including enrolment, closure, and exercising options.<br \/>\n\tMaintain payroll-related documentation in compliance with data protection standards.<br \/>\n\tAddress and resolve medical aid discrepancies with the vendor<\/p>\n<p>HR Systems &amp; Employee Support<\/p>\n<p>\tProvide hands-on support to employees and managers in using HR tools, processes, and self-service functions.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with HRBPs to resolve employee queries and ensure timely closure through coordination with GPS.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate HR data and support the preparation and validation of HR reports for the region.<br \/>\n\tAct as a liaison between HRBPs and GPS to ensure process alignment, data integrity, and effective issue resolution.<\/p>\n<p>Employee Engagement &amp; Events<\/p>\n<p>\tLead and coordinate logistics for engagement initiatives such as townhalls, recognition events, and annual celebrations.<br \/>\n\tPrepare and circulate HR communications across the market, ensuring consistency and clarity.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting &amp; Analytics<\/p>\n<p>\tDeliver accurate and timely headcount, engagement survey, and talent rating reports.<br \/>\n\tSupport HR leadership with ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and presentation preparation.<\/p>\n<p>The experience we&#8217;re looking for<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resources or a related field.<br \/>\n\t1\u20132 years of HR operations experience, preferably within a multinational environment.<br \/>\n\tStrong knowledge of South Africa labor laws and statutory compliance.<br \/>\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office applications.<br \/>\n\tA knack for resolving system issues with a keen analytical mind.<br \/>\n\tSkilled at juggling multiple tasks without missing a beat in a dynamic environment.<br \/>\n\tKnowledgeable about data privacy and committed to maintaining system integrity.<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Reckitt","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"Every day, in everything we do, our purpose is to protect, heal and nurture in the relentless pursuit of a cleaner, healthier world.
