\tAny validation courses completed<\/p>\n
Job-related Requirements<\/p>\n
\t3 Years Experience
\n\tValidation \/Pharmaceutical or Equivilent qualification or related field recomended
\n\tProven industry experience in validation, ideally within a GWP distribution environment recomended.
\n\tA working knowledge and practical experience with equipment, IT systems, warehouse and vehicle mapping (RA, URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ), protocol and report compilation recomended.
\n\tAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word)
\n\tStrong troubleshooting, mathematical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n\tKnowledge of industry best practices (e.g. GAMP and ISPE) across a range of computerised systems recommended.\u00a0
\n\tExcellent report writing and data interpretation.<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Duties will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:<\/p>\n
\tYou will be responsible for maintaining validation and calibration schedules while liaising with contractors.
\n\tTo prepare validation documentation to meet \u00a021 CFR Part 11, WHO, SAHPRA, etc; Plans, Protocols and Reports\u00a0
\n\tTo ensure assigned validation exercises are conducted in a timely manner and in compliance with GWP and project milestones.
\n\tTo participate in Change Control assessments and project meetings to ensure the compliant status of affected equipment is not \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 compromised.
\n\tTo participate in corporate, regulatory and internal audits as necessary.
\n\tFocus on Computer, facility and transport validation studies and maintain GWP compliance at all times.\u00a0
\n\tManaging of site validation documentation and completion of validation risk assessments.
\n\tPreparation and Review of Departmental SOPs.
\n\tWork with QA, Operations, Maintenance and other departments to resolve audit findings.<\/p>\n
