Housekeeping Duties<\/p>\n
\tService and prepare guest rooms to luxury hospitality standards
\n\tEnsure bathrooms, linen and amenities are impeccably maintained
\n\tConduct room checks to uphold quality and presentation standards
\n\tMaintain cleanliness of public and dining areas
\n\tReport maintenance concerns promptly<\/p>\n
Breakfast Preparation & Service<\/p>\n
\tPrepare and set up breakfast service (continental and basic hot options)
\n\tAssist with simple hot breakfast preparation
\n\tServe guests in a friendly and professional manner
\n\tMaintain a clean, organised and well-stocked breakfast area
\n\tClear tables and uphold hygiene standards throughout service<\/p>\n
Criteria<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 2\u20133 years\u2019 experience in an upmarket guest lodge, boutique hotel or guest house
\n\tProven housekeeping experience to high hospitality standards
\n\tExperience preparing and serving breakfast in a guest house environment
\n\tWell-presented, professional and guest-focused
\n\tStrong attention to detail
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a small team
\n\tGood communication skills
\n\tMust reside in or near Stellenbosch with reliable transport to accommodate early shifts<\/p>\n
