\tA dynamic and leading FMCG company is looking for an experienced Sales Representative with a proven track record in customer engagement and sales. The ideal candidate will be confident in managing customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and contributing to overall business growth within a fast-paced retail environment.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tPresent, promote, and sell products\/services to existing and prospective customers.
\n\tPerform cost-benefit and needs analysis to meet customer requirements.
\n\tEstablish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
\n\tReach out to new leads through cold calling and other prospecting methods.
\n\tResolve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
\n\tAchieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within scheduled timelines.
\n\tCoordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
\n\tAnalyse the territory\/market potential, track sales, and generate status reports.
\n\tProvide management with insights on customer needs, competitive activities, and opportunities for new products or services.
\n\tKeep up to date with best practices and promotional trends.
\n\tContinuously improve performance based on feedback and sales results.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tPostgraduate diploma or degree.
\n\tMinimum 2 years\u2019 experience as a sales representative; FMCG experience is advantageous.
\n\tValid driver\u2019s licence and own vehicle essential.
\n\tComputer literate, with intermediate Excel skills.
\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively influence and negotiate with clients.
\n\tAbility to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities under pressure.<\/p>\n
