This role requires an organised individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and contribute to enhancing SATIC\u2019s visibility and reputation through consistent support of marketing campaigns and brand communication initiatives.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Master\u2019s preferred).<br \/>\n\t4\u20136 years of progressive experience in marketing and communications roles, preferably within a corporate, or agency environment.<br \/>\n\tProven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across digital, social, and traditional channels.<br \/>\n\tHands-on experience managing multi-channel campaigns, including content creation, social media management, and email marketing.<br \/>\n\tDemonstrated ability to analyse marketing performance metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI.<br \/>\n\tExperience with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, SEO tools, CMS, CRM systems, and social media management platforms.<br \/>\n\tFamiliarity with brand management and maintaining consistent messaging across diverse channels.<br \/>\n\tStrong background in content development, including writing, editing, and storytelling for various audiences.<br \/>\n\tExperience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing external vendors or agencies.<br \/>\n\tExposure to budget management and resource allocation for marketing initiatives.<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and basic HTML\/CSS for web updates is a plus.<br \/>\n\tAbility to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tCreative, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset<\/p>\n<p>Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Strategy &amp; Planning<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelopment and formulation of comprehensive marketing strategies and annual marketing plans in alignment with organisational goals.<br \/>\n\tConduct market research, audience insights, competitor analysis, and channel assessments to inform strategic direction.<br \/>\n\tSupport campaign planning and budget allocation, ensuring data-driven decision-making and ROI optimisation.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing and communications initiatives with programme, business development, and organisational priorities.<\/p>\n<p>Marketing Execution<\/p>\n<p>\tExecute SATIC\u2019s approved brand and marketing plans, ensuring alignment with PwC global standards and local market needs.<br \/>\n\tManage the end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, content, social media, and offline channels.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate with creative and content teams to produce high-quality marketing materials, assets, and collateral.<br \/>\n\tOversee the creation and maintenance of brand-aligned messaging, visuals, and digital presence.<\/p>\n<p>Communications &amp; Content<\/p>\n<p>\tDraft, edit, and review communications materials including press releases, newsletters, announcements, articles, and website content.<br \/>\n\tMaintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all communication channels.<br \/>\n\tSupport media relations efforts and stakeholder communications as needed.<\/p>\n<p>Digital Marketing<\/p>\n<p>\tManage social media strategy, content calendars, and performance analytics.<br \/>\n\tOversee website content updates and improvements (in coordination with web\/IT teams).<br \/>\n\tUse analytics tools to track campaign performance, provide insights, and recommend optimisation strategies.<\/p>\n<p>Collaboration &amp; Stakeholder Engagement<\/p>\n<p>\tPartner with internal teams (e.g., programmes, HC, fundraising, business development) to support communications needs.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality outputs on schedule.<br \/>\n\tEnsure consistent brand application across all internal and external touchpoints.<\/p>\n<p>Monitoring, Reporting &amp;
