\tPrepares Finance advances submissions in terms of procedural guidelines and full compliance with the Banks\u00a0requirements.
\n\tFinalises\u00a0approved\u00a0deals by\u00a0following the\u00a0Banks procedural guideline.
\n\tUndertakes\u00a0for\u00a0invoicing\u00a0and\u00a0recovery\u00a0of\u00a0all\u00a0fees\u00a0due\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Bank.
\n\tInteracts\u00a0pro-actively\u00a0with\u00a0other\u00a0departments\u00a0in\u00a0order to\u00a0manage\u00a0workflow.
\n\tUpdating\u00a0deals\u00a0on\u00a0Computer\u00a0system\u00a0as\u00a0and\u00a0when\u00a0required.
\n\tAttends\u00a0to\u00a0all\u00a0administrative issues\u00a0required in\u00a0terms\u00a0of\u00a0the Banks\u00a0policies\u00a0for\u00a0all\u00a0approved deals\u00a0and interacts with clients to obtain signatures post approval of the\u00a0finance of a deal.
\n\tEnsures\u00a0that\u00a0all\u00a0required\u00a0information\u00a0from\u00a0clients\u00a0are\u00a0obtained\u00a0timeously.
\n\tFacilitation\u00a0of\u00a0signing\u00a0legal\u00a0agreements\u00a0at\u00a0the\u00a0convenience\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0client.
\n\tEnsures\u00a0clients\u00a0are\u00a0kept\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0loop\u00a0of\u00a0every\u00a0stage\u00a0of\u00a0their\u00a0finance\u00a0transaction\u00a0and\u00a0proactively\u00a0ensure\u00a0that the process is followed.<\/p>\n

\n\tGrows the Banks Finance book in terms of, Residential Property, Small equipment, and Motor Vehicle Finance by sourcing new clients as well as servicing existing clients by offering them additional financing\/services
\n\tAcquires\u00a0new\u00a0clients\u00a0by\u00a0requesting\u00a0qualified\u00a0leads\u00a0from\u00a0existing\u00a0clients and\u00a0leads generated\u00a0internally<\/p>\n
Client\u00a0Relationship\u00a0Management<\/p>\n
\tDevelops\u00a0constructive\u00a0and\u00a0cooperative\u00a0working relationship\u00a0with clients and\u00a0maintaining\u00a0them\u00a0over\u00a0time.
\n\tAttends\u00a0to\u00a0all\u00a0clients\u2019\u00a0financial\u00a0requests\u00a0and\u00a0queries.
\n\tProvides an efficient and effective service to all clients at all times in order to promote the Banks services.
\n\tTo\u00a0ensure\u00a0that\u00a0motor\u00a0vehicle\u00a0applications\u00a0are\u00a0submitted\u00a0within\u00a024\u00a0hours.
\n\tManages\/Handles\u00a0difficult\u00a0client\u00a0queries\u00a0via\u00a0face-to-face\u00a0communication\u00a0with\u00a0walk\u00a0in\u00a0clients\u00a0or\u00a0by\u00a0visiting clients and addresses client concerns by listening to any concerns\/complaints in an efficient and appropriate manner in line with the professional image of the bank and providing an effective solution to the benefit of both the bank and the client<\/p>\n
