Key Responsibilities:\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tTranslating customer artwork and intent to a repro order following the Repro Submission Guidelines and Tetra Pak specifications, satisfying customer and productivity demands. By early involvement in the design creation process, improve artwork quality and suitability.<\/p>\n
Operational design conversion and execution<\/p>\n
\tPre-fill and complete full design evaluation of customer artwork files
\n\tEnsure that our printing specification and out-of-specification process are followed and respected
\n\tUnderstand customer intent and translate this to repro instruction, maximizing print quality depending on print method, while securing production efficiency. Follow repro submission guidelines
\n\tSecure design consistency for brand \/ family designs
\n\tCheck that repro has completed the job according to all requirements and verify that customer intent is fulfilled
\n\tPromotes use of Tetra Pak digital platforms (EasyDesign)<\/p>\n
Support design handling process in the markets<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Support CSR and Design Peers with graphical knowledge
\n\tMember of Key account Team, supporting the customer with graphical expertise when required<\/p>\n
Customer Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tDrives proactive Quality and Continuous Improvements based on CX feedback
\n\tLiasies with Repro Hubs and factories to escalate the voice of customer & market to expedite resolution
\n\tVisit customers and agencies to discuss Tetra Pak design and print specifications, sharing best practice examples to improve overall quality<\/p>\n
We believe you have<\/p>\n
\tA completed Bachelors degree in Design
\n\tAt least 3 – 5 years\u2019 experience of design, repro or printing related industry. Strong knowledge with Graphic arts software, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop.
\n\tGood knowledge in packaging and printing, work experience in Flexo printing will be an additional benefit
\n\tProven knowledge and understanding of artwork creation process, work experience from a design agency aspect.\u00a0
\n\tGeneral knowledge of colour management
\n\tContinuous improvement mindset; openness to feedback and learning
\n\tAbility to work independently, self-motivated, good team-player, strong learning capability and attention to details oriented
\n\tAble to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines and maintain composure during peak workload periods.<\/p>\n
