NATURE AND SCOPE OF DUTIES:<\/p>\n
Operational Oversight<\/p>\n
\tEnsure all stores within the region adhere to company operational standards.
\n\tConduct regular store visits to audit compliance, visual merchandising, and customer service quality.
\n\tMonitor stock levels, shrinkage, and product availability across stores.<\/p>\n
Sales & Performance Management<\/p>\n
\tSet and monitor regional sales targets and KPIs.
\n\tAnalyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth.
\n\tImplement strategies to maximize profitability and minimize costs.<\/p>\n
People Management<\/p>\n
\tRecruit, train, and manage Store Managers and support their teams.
\n\tConduct performance reviews and develop improvement plans.
\n\tFoster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
\n\tEnsure proper succession planning and staff development.<\/p>\n
Customer Service<\/p>\n
\tEnsure exceptional customer experience is delivered consistently across all stores.
\n\tHandle escalated customer complaints or issues where necessary.<\/p>\n
Marketing & Promotions<\/p>\n
\tSupport the execution of national marketing campaigns at store level.
\n\tMonitor and assess the effectiveness of local promotions and campaigns.<\/p>\n
Reporting<\/p>\n
\tSubmit weekly and monthly operational, sales, and HR reports to head office.
\n\tProvide feedback and insights to help shape business strategy.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS\/ EXPERIENCE<\/p>\n
\t5+ years’ experience in retail, with at least 2 years in a multi-store or regional management role.
\n\tProven track record of achieving sales targets and leading large teams.
\n\tDiploma or Degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field.
\n\tAdditional certifications in leadership or customer experience are a plus.\u00a0<\/p>\n
