About the Role<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking a Business Analyst with a strong analytical mindset and exceptional communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical partners to gather requirements, document processes, and drive effective system and process solutions. This is a hybrid role requiring two in-office days per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays).<\/p>\n
Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tGather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements
\n\tTranslate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
\n\tFacilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirements sessions
\n\tPerform business process modelling (BPMN \/ UML)
\n\tCollaborate with technical teams to support solution design and delivery
\n\tParticipate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning where applicable
\n\tValidate solutions through testing support and UAT coordination
\n\tPrepare clear documentation, including process flows and visual models
\n\tAssist with change management and user communication
\n\tSupport reporting and data analysis to measure solution impact<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Industrial Engineering, from the University of Pretoria (Diplomas or BTech qualifications will not be considered)
\n\t2\u20135 years\u2019 experience in a Business Analyst \/ Systems Analyst role<\/p>\n
Required Skills<\/p>\n
\tStrong business process modelling experience (BPMN, UML or similar tools)
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft 365
\n\tExperience working with technical teams in system delivery environments
\n\tExposure to tools such as Jira, Figma, or MagicDraw (advantageous)
\n\tExperience in UI\/UX design and\/or data analysis (advantageous)
\n\tExceptional written and verbal communication skills
\n\tStrong analytical and conceptual problem-solving ability
\n\tAbility to work independently and collaboratively
\n\tComfortable with a hybrid working structure (2 days at the office)<\/p>\n
