Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for the administration of the Service Store, including proper shelving arrangements and stock control, stock movement and cycle checks.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Administration of Service Stores<\/p>\n
\tControlling stock with 100% accuracy.
\n\tChecking all stock loaned to technicians.
\n\tReceive stock via internal transfers.
\n\tBook in returned stock.
\n\tUpdate job cards with order details.
\n\tFollowing up on stock ordered for repairs to confirm if it was dispatched from head office.
\n\tManage spare parts.
\n\tAdministrate weekly cycle checks and annual stock.
\n\tAssist with Departmental Admin and Reports.
\n\tAssist with Service and Production scheduling.
\n\tReport problems to Service Supervisor without delay to ensure necessary solutions are identified and implemented timeously.<\/p>\n
Communication<\/p>\n
\tCommunicate via e-mail or telephone in a professional manner practicing good etiquette.<\/p>\n
General<\/p>\n
\tPlan and manage effective shelving of all.
\n\tHandle all equipment safely to prevent.
\n\tPrepare broken IT equipment for electronic waste recycling.<\/p>\n
ISO and Legal requirements<\/p>\n
\tComply to all quality, information security, legislative and company policy requirements.<\/p>\n
Qualification and Experience<\/p>\n
\tMatric
\n\t2 year\u2019s administration or stock control
\n\tExperience within the ICT Industry preferable<\/p>\n
