\tThis role is crucial for overseeing and enhancing the induction process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and operations.
\n\tThe Senior Executive will be responsible for developing comprehensive onboarding programs, facilitating training sessions, and collaborating with various departments to align the induction experience with organizational values.
\n\tThis position also involves gathering feedback to continuously improve the process and foster a welcoming environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tLeading the Onboarding process for new joiners include coordinating, conducting induction, joining formalities.
\n\tInternal communications drafting and sending.
\n\tHR Data and reports maintain accurate and up-to-date employee related data.
\n\tProvide data on adhoc basis as and when required administrative activities issuing letters \/ certificates to employees when required
\n\tResponding to employee verification requests.
\n\tEnsure new joiner file compliance and integrity
\n\tShould be open and flexible to take additional responsibility
\n\tInteract positively and productively with all levels of employees
\n\tMust maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times<\/p>\n
Competencies Required:<\/p>\n
\tStrong verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively
\n\tTime management and presentation skills
\n\tKnowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
\n\tSelf-initiated, drive and zeal for continuous improvement
\n\tKnowledge of EXL business practices, policies and procedures etc.
\n\tExcellent planning and organizational abilities to coordinate induction programs and activities
\n\tAbility to build rapport with new joiners, create a welcoming atmosphere and experience.
\n\tUnderstanding of organizational culture and values, and ability to convey these to new hires.

Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tA minimum of 12 months experience in training\/ facilitation or onboarding.
\n\tMatric\/Grade 12<\/p>\n
