Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tOwn the complaint entry process with precision and accuracy
\n\tManage busy email inboxes, web queues & voicemails
\n\tTrack and route all owner correspondence (email, mail, fax, phone, web)
\n\tRespond to basic written inquiries with clarity and care
\n\tUpdate owner accounts and maintain accurate documentation
\n\tIdentify, classify, and route complaints to the right teams
\n\tWork across multiple systems to keep records up to date
\n\tHandle Attorney Verification Requests confidentially
\n\tSupport day\u2011to\u2011day team operations<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric or NQF Level 4 equivalent
\n\tClear Credit and Criminal record
\n\t2+ years in customer service, administrative support within US Portfolio Services environment
\n\tWork USA hours on rational basis<\/p>\n
Required Skills<\/p>\n
\tExcellent written communication
\n\tSharp attention to detail and strong organisation skills
\n\tProficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Adobe, Word & Excel)
\n\tStrong customer service orientation with a commitment to fair outcomes
\n\tOrganized with exceptional attention to detail
\n\tFamiliarity with U.S. regulatory bodies
\n\tCollaborative and supportive team spirit<\/p>\n
