Position Overview:<\/p>\n
\tWe are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a receptionist role and will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all visitors and employees.
\n\tThe receptionist will also be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, handling mail and packages, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tGreet and welcome visitors in a professional, friendly manner
\n\tAnswer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate department
\n\tSchedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
\n\tManage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
\n\tMaintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
\n\tAssist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry and filing
\n\tMonitor and maintain office supplies inventory
\n\tHandle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tHigh school diploma\u00a0
\n\t2-3 years of experience in a receptionist role
\n\tExcellent customer service and communication skills
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
\n\tAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
\n\tAttention to detail and strong organizational skills
\n\tProfessional appearance and demeanor<\/p>\n
