Job Description<\/p>\n
\tWe are looking for a motivated and experienced\u00a0Inbound Warehouse Supervisor\u00a0to oversee daily receiving operations within our warehouse. The successful candidate will supervise the inbound team, ensure accurate receiving of stock, maintain inventory integrity, and ensure all inbound processes run efficiently and safely.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tSupervise daily\u00a0inbound warehouse operations, including receiving, offloading, checking, and put-away of stock.
\n\tEnsure all incoming goods are\u00a0accurately verified against purchase orders and delivery documentation.
\n\tAllocate tasks and monitor performance of the\u00a0receiving team and forklift operators.
\n\tEnsure all stock is\u00a0captured accurately in the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
\n\tInvestigate and report\u00a0damages, shortages, and stock discrepancies.
\n\tMaintain\u00a0warehouse safety and compliance standards.
\n\tMonitor\u00a0receiving productivity and dock operations\u00a0to ensure efficiency.
\n\tCoordinate with\u00a0transport, procurement, and inventory teams\u00a0for smooth inbound operations.
\n\tAssist with\u00a0stock counts, audits, and reporting\u00a0when required.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric); a\u00a0Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehousing\u00a0will be advantageous.
\n\tMinimum\u00a03\u20135 years warehouse experience, with\u00a01\u20132 years in a supervisory role.
\n\tExperience working with\u00a0Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
\n\tStrong leadership and team management skills.
\n\tGood problem-solving and organizational skills.
\n\tAbility to work in a\u00a0fast-paced warehouse environment.<\/p>\n
