Job Purpose:<\/p>\n
\tThe User Support Analyst is responsible for the analysis and support of NaTIS software application incidents and data fix requests.<\/p>\n
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tMust perform Software user support.
\n\tEnsure that the user log the call.
\n\tInvestigate, analyse and resolve system issues logged by users on instruction from the Team Leader: User Support.
\n\tAnalyse the issue mentioned in the call.
\n\tAssist the user with the issue \u2013 resolve the call telephonically or create scripts for the issue.
\n\tDevelop comprehensive database scripts based on assistance from the Senior Analyst: User Support.
\n\tSubmit the script to a team member in Road Traffic Management Systems for review and approval.
\n\tRun the approved script and provide feedback to the user, the Senior Analyst: User
\n\tSupport and the Team Leader: User Support.
\n\tTest proposed solutions to confirm resolution.
\n\tEnsure that the resolution of the call is logged.
\n\tAssist the Senior Analyst: User Support and the Team Leader: User Support with monitoring compliance with Service Level Agreement.
\n\tAssist in the identification of possible end-user training needs.
\n\tProvide training needs to the Team Leader: User Support.
\n\tGive telephonic support to end users.
\n\tDocument repeated calls to identify trends.
\n\tCompile weekly statistical reports and submit to the Team Leader: User Support
\n\tQuality assure team members\u2019 scripts.
\n\tTo build value adding relationships with stakeholders.
\n\tTo deliver, monitor and continuously improve customer service.
\n\tTo continuously develop own personal expertise and drive personal growth.<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
\tMatric (NQF Level 4) as essential)
\n\tDiploma in SQL (NQF Level 5) \/ 12 Months certificate as essential.
\n\t3 – 4 years working experience in Road Traffic Systems.
\n\tUnderstanding Of Software Development Methodology like Waterfall and Agile.<\/p>\n
