Requirements<\/p>\n
\tPrior supervisory experience in the QSR Industry – KFCEnglish ProficiencyNumeracy Proficiency 1Grade B PSIRA Certificate is an advantage, but not a requirement.Relevant work experience.
\n\tKnowledge of Company Rules & Regulations.Computer Literacy \u2013 MS Office, specifically excelAbility to read reports and identify areas of concern that require investigationDC Leading a Restaurant (LAR) Certified
\n\tMinimum of 12 months in an ARM Role.ARM Certified + Individual Development Plan (IDP) in placeA clear criminal record, control room environment experience
\n\tGrade 12 NQF Level 4 and preferably a suitably related tertiary qualificationA passion for product quality and the customer service experience, pride in the KFC Brand!<\/p>\n
