\tConfigure and deploy conversational AI + automated agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
\n\tTurn real business processes into clean workflow logic\u00a0that measurably reduces effort and cycle time.
\n\tMake every interaction feel like Badger: accurate, fast, and on-brand.<\/p>\n
Connect the business end-to-end<\/p>\n
\tIntegrate agents with channels like WhatsApp\u00a0and internal tools via standard\/custom connectors.
\n\tBuild secure connections to CRM, portals, and core operational systems.
\n\tAutomate customer engagement tasks so data moves correctly and securely, without manual handoffs.<\/p>\n
Keep production healthy<\/p>\n
\tMonitor performance using telemetry and feedback; continuously improve accuracy and customer satisfaction.
\n\tApply ALM best practices: environments, versioning, release discipline, rollback plans.
\n\tDiagnose and fix logic\/integration issues fast; evaluate platform updates that actually matter.<\/p>\n
Be the translator and multiplier<\/p>\n
\tPartner with business leaders to map goals – workflows – measurable outcomes.
\n\tExplain what you built in plain language: what it does, what it doesn\u2019t, and how to use it.
\n\tCreate lightweight documentation (logic maps, \u201chow-to\u201d guides) and enable teams to adopt what you ship.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
What we\u2019re looking for (must-haves)<\/p>\n
\tStrong hands-on experience in the Microsoft stack: Copilot Studio, Power Automate, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms.
\n\tProven integration work with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and modern contact-centre platforms (e.g., ConnexAI).
\n\tAbility to design complex logic for messaging and orchestration (e.g., WhatsApp\/Messenger + internal workflows).
\n\tComfortable with APIs\u00a0and testing integrations through connectors (you don\u2019t need to be a backend engineer, but you can think like one).
\n\tCan translate business requirements into logic\u2014and communicate tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders.
\n\tGovernance mindset: working knowledge of POPIA\/GDPR, privacy, and ethical AI basics.
\n\tComfortable in Agile: iterate, ship, learn, improve.<\/p>\n

\tMinimum: Matric and 5+ years automation\/agent delivery (low-code acceptable) with enterprise integrations

MID:<\/p>\n

\tMinimum: Matric + either
\n\t3 – 4 years of Power Platform delivery, or
\n\tRelevant diploma\/degree + 2 years delivery
\n\tPreferred: PL-200 + Azure fundamentals (AZ-900) + proven CRM\/call-centre integrations<\/p>\n
JUNIOR:<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMinimum: Matric and 1 of:
\n\tPower Platform certificate (PL-900 or PL-100\/PL-200), or
\n\tPortfolio showing 2 automations\/agents (screenshots + logic map + outcomes)
\n\tPreferred: Diploma (IT\/IS) or equivalent experience in ops automation<\/p>\n
Nice-to-haves<\/p>\n
\tBasic Python\u00a0scripting or expressions inside low-code environments.
\n\tUnderstanding of RAG\u00a0and strong prompt patterns (grounding, constraints, evaluation).
\n\tAPI validation with Postman.
\n\tExposure to Azure AI Foundry\u00a0and\/or MLOps concepts for more advanced deployments.<\/p>\n
